Who we are

Doodle Cub and Kids Drawing are run by DOIT (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected].

The short version

• No ads, ad networks, tracking pixels or social embeds, on the site or in the app.
• No accounts for kids. We never ask a child for a name, email, photo or location.
• No selling or sharing of personal information, ever.
• Anything that leaves the site or costs money sits behind a grown-up check.

What the website collects

• Anonymous usage counts. We count page views and a few events (for example “grown-up check shown”, “grown-up check passed”, “store link opened”, and, once games launch, “level completed” with stars and time). These counts carry no cookie, no device identifier and no IP address stored with them, and cannot be tied to a person.
• Server logs. Like every website, our host briefly records technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are deleted automatically and are not used for analytics or advertising.
• Game progress (when Play Hub opens): stars and unlocked levels are saved in your browser’s storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

What the website does not do

• It sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
• It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Fonts and images are served from doodlecub.com.
• It has no sign-up, chat, comments or uploads.

The Kids Drawing app

The app works without an account. To run it, it uses these services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google), configured without the advertising identifier, to count which activities are opened and how the app performs. It is not used for advertising.
• Firebase Authentication with an anonymous sign-in, and Firebase databases and storage, to download lessons and coloring pages and, for Premium, to keep “My Space” content in sync.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging, only if you allow notifications on the device.
• Apple In-App Purchase for Premium. Apple handles payment; we never see card details.
• Camera for AR Drawing and the AR solar system, only after iOS asks you. The camera image is used live on the device and is not recorded or sent to us.

Drawings, replays and videos are saved on the device. They leave it only when you choose to share or export them, using the iOS share sheet.

Children’s privacy (COPPA and GDPR-K)

Our products are directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in an email, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Turn off notifications in the device’s Settings at any time.
• Delete the app to remove its data from the device.
• Ask us to access or delete any information about you or your child by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are also noted in the app’s release notes.
