Restore purchases
- Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to buy.
- Open the Packs screen or Settings › Purchases.
- Tap Restore Purchases. Everything you bought that does not get used up comes back, on this device or a new one.
Questions and answers
Where do I find the stickers in Messages?
Open a conversation, tap + and choose Stickers (or open the sticker drawer of the emoji keyboard), then pick Cub Stickers.
I bought a pack but don’t see it in Messages.
Packs bought in the app show up in Messages the next time you open the Cub Stickers sticker app there. If one is still missing, open the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How many of my own stickers can I make?
The free version keeps one sticker you made; Cub Stickers Full has no limit. You can delete a sticker you made from its menu.
Does it need the internet?
No. Every sticker is inside the app and works offline.
I bought something but it is not unlocked. How do I restore purchases?
Open the Packs screen or Settings › Purchases and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases belong to your Apple ID, so they also come back on a new iPhone or iPad. Consumable items (such as hint packs) cannot be restored once they are used.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my data?
Cub Stickers keeps its data on your device. Deleting the app removes what it saved on the device. To ask about anything else, write to [email protected].
