Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and DOIT, which runs Doodle Cub and Kids Drawing. Our products are made for children; a parent or guardian accepts these terms on a child’s behalf.

Using Doodle Cub

  • You may use the website and its games for personal, non-commercial fun and learning.
  • Please don’t copy, resell or re-host our games, art or code, or try to break or overload the site.
  • What your child draws belongs to your child.

Kids Drawing Premium

  • Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Content and changes

We add, change and sometimes retire activities. We try to keep everything working, but the website and app are provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
