Restore purchases
- Sign in to Google Play with the Google account you used to buy.
- Open Parents › Premium.
- Tap Restore Purchases. Everything you bought that does not get used up comes back, on this device or a new one.

Does Kids Drawing need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no chat.
Where are my child's drawings?
On the device, in the app's gallery. They leave the device only when you share or save them.
I bought something but it is not unlocked. How do I restore purchases?
Open Parents › Premium and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to Google Play with the same Google account you used to buy. Purchases belong to that account, so they also come back on a new Android phone or tablet. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the Play Store app › Payments & subscriptions.
How do I get a refund?
Google handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Google Play (play.google.com › Order history, or the Play Store app). We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my data?
Drawings are saved on the device; deleting the app removes them. To ask about anything else, write to [email protected].
