Restore purchases
- Sign in to Google Play with the Google account you used to buy.
- Open the grown-up Settings screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases. Everything you bought that does not get used up comes back, on this device or a new one.

Does Kids Painting need an account?
No. There is no account, no login and no chat, and it works offline.
Where are my child's designs?
On the device, in the closet. A picture goes to your gallery only when a grown-up taps save.
Is Pay once a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time purchase that does not renew.
I bought something but it is not unlocked. How do I restore purchases?
Open the grown-up Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to Google Play with the same Google account you used to buy. Purchases belong to that account, so they also come back on a new Android phone or tablet. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the Play Store app › Payments & subscriptions.
How do I get a refund?
Google handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Google Play (play.google.com › Order history, or the Play Store app). We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my data?
Characters, designs and the closet are saved on the device only; deleting the app removes them. To ask about anything else, write to [email protected].
