Questions and answers
What does Moji Pals Full add?
Moji Pals is free to download: the first 5 letters of every alphabet and two Word Town places are open to try. Moji Pals Full is one purchase, not a subscription, that unlocks every letter and all 120 words, and it is shared with your family through Family Sharing. The price for your country is shown in the app, after the grown-up question, before you buy.
The pals can’t hear my child.
Open the iOS Settings app › Moji Pals and turn on Microphone. In the app’s grown-ups area, check that “Say it out loud” is on.
Can I move my child’s progress to another device?
No. There is no account or cloud, so progress stays on the device it was made on.
Does it need the internet?
No. Moji Pals works fully offline.
I bought something but it is not unlocked. How do I restore purchases?
Open For grown-ups (behind the parental gate) and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases belong to your Apple ID, so they also come back on a new iPhone or iPad. Consumable items (such as hint packs) cannot be restored once they are used.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Moji Pals saves is on the device: reset or remove a child in the grown-ups area, or delete the app to remove all of it. We hold no data about your child.
Read the Moji Pals privacy policy and the terms of use. More about the app: Moji Pals.
