Using Brainlas

Brainlas is for people aged 13 and over, for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content. Do not use it in a way that breaks the law or the platform rules.

Not a medical or clinical test

Brainlas gives estimates from short tasks. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a clinical or official intelligence test. Scores move with the day, sleep and your device. For health concerns, talk to a professional. Any IQ-style estimate is shown only once it is based on real norms.

Premium subscriptions and purchases

• Premium opens all games and the full report. It is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your currency.
• A free trial, when offered to you, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal.
• Manage or cancel in your store account: on iPhone and iPad, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Premium does not change how scores are calculated.

Content

The games, texts, designs and code belong to DOODLECUB or its licensors. We may update, change or remove content, games and features.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you cannot waive by law.

Privacy

Apple App Store

These terms are between you and DOODLECUB, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and, within the limits of law, no warranty duty for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also applies to App Store downloads.

Gói Premium và giao dịch mua

• Premium mở mọi game và báo cáo đầy đủ. Có gói tháng hoặc năm tự động gia hạn và gói mua một lần dùng mãi mãi. Giá hiển thị trong app theo tiền tệ của bạn.
• Bản dùng thử miễn phí, khi được áp dụng cho bạn, chuyển thành gói trả phí khi kết thúc dùng thử trừ khi bạn hủy ít nhất 24 giờ trước đó.
• Gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn hủy ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi hết kỳ hiện tại. Thanh toán được tính vào tài khoản Apple ID hoặc Google Play khi xác nhận mua và mỗi lần gia hạn.
• Quản lý hoặc hủy trong tài khoản cửa hàng: trên iPhone và iPad, Cài đặt › tên của bạn › Gói đăng ký; trên Android, Google Play › Thanh toán và gói đăng ký › Gói đăng ký. Gỡ app không hủy gói đăng ký.
• Hoàn tiền do Apple hoặc Google xử lý theo chính sách của họ. Premium không thay đổi cách tính điểm.

Nội dung

Game, văn bản, thiết kế và mã thuộc về DOODLECUB hoặc bên cấp phép. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật, thay đổi hoặc gỡ nội dung, game và tính năng.

Không bảo hành và giới hạn trách nhiệm

App được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, và tổng trách nhiệm giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã trả cho app trong 12 tháng trước khiếu nại. Không điều gì hạn chế các quyền mà luật không cho phép từ bỏ.

Apple App Store

Các điều khoản này là giữa bạn và DOODLECUB, không phải Apple. Apple không có nghĩa vụ hỗ trợ hay bảo trì và, trong giới hạn pháp luật, không có nghĩa vụ bảo hành app. Apple và các công ty con là bên thụ hưởng thứ ba của các điều khoản này và có thể yêu cầu thực thi với bạn. Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối tiêu chuẩn của Apple cũng áp dụng cho bản tải từ App Store.
