What stays on your device

Everything you do in the games is stored only in a database on your device: answers, scores, reaction times, reports, profiles, your birth year (used only to pick age norms) and settings. We never receive it, and it is not part of any analytics event.

Anonymous usage analytics

Brainlas uses Google Firebase Analytics to learn how the app is used. Only events from a fixed allow-list are sent, for example: a screen was opened, a game was started or finished, a report was viewed, a purchase screen was opened. Events never carry your answers, scores, IQ range, age, name or profile data.

Firebase assigns a random app-instance ID to the installation and Google may derive approximate location (country or region) from the IP address. We do not use the advertising ID (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, we show no ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Google processes this data for us as a service provider.

You can turn analytics off in the app (Settings), and in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland analytics stays off until you agree.

Notifications

Reminders you switch on in Settings are scheduled on your device and send nothing to us. If you switch on “News and offers”, Firebase Cloud Messaging gives your device a push token, which we store to send you those messages. Notifications never contain scores or results. Switch them off at any time in Settings or in your system settings; the token is deleted when you delete your data in the app.

Purchases

Premium is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles your payment and sends us only whether a purchase is valid. We never see your card details. The store also reports purchase events to analytics (product and price, no personal data).

Game Center and Google Play Games

If you use challenge leaderboards, only the challenge score is sent to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, together with the player name your platform account shows. The platform shows it to other players according to your platform settings. Answers and reports are never sent. Leave the leaderboards switched off to send nothing.

Optional norm study (pilot)

Testers with a pilot code can join a norm study. It asks for an age group and, optionally, sex, whether you play 3D games and your first language. Trial data is saved on your device. You export a CSV file and send it to us yourself by e-mail or the share sheet. The file has no name, e-mail address or device ID, only a random pilot ID.

Purpose: build fair score norms. We keep it up to 2 years, use it only for norms and never sell it. Teens need a parent or guardian to agree; ask us to delete your file at any time and we will. You can delete the pilot data in the app too.

AI-generated images

The faces in the Face Read game are AI-generated images of fictional people. No data about you is sent to create them. If a face looks like you and you want it removed, write to us.

Deleting your data

• In the app: Settings › Delete all my data removes all results, profiles and settings from your device and resets analytics data and the push token.
• Anything we hold (analytics identifiers, a push token, a pilot file): write to [email protected] and we delete it within 30 days. Deleting the app also removes everything on your device.
• Purchases and leaderboard entries are held by Apple or Google; manage them in your Apple or Google account.

How long we keep data

Analytics data is kept by Firebase for a maximum of 14 months. Push tokens are kept until you turn notifications off or delete your data. Pilot files are kept up to 2 years.

Age

Brainlas is for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. If you are under 13, please do not use it. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, UK, California) you may ask to access, correct or delete data about you, object to or withdraw consent for analytics, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].

Not medical

Brainlas is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above and, for a material change, tell you in the app.

Thống kê sử dụng ẩn danh

Brainlas dùng Google Firebase Analytics để biết app được dùng thế nào. Chỉ các sự kiện trong một danh sách cố định được gửi, ví dụ: một màn hình được mở, một game bắt đầu hoặc kết thúc, một báo cáo được xem, màn hình mua được mở. Sự kiện không bao giờ chứa câu trả lời, điểm, khoảng IQ, tuổi, tên hay dữ liệu hồ sơ.

Firebase gán một mã ngẫu nhiên cho bản cài đặt và Google có thể suy ra vị trí gần đúng (quốc gia hoặc vùng) từ địa chỉ IP. Chúng tôi không dùng mã quảng cáo (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), không xin quyền App Tracking Transparency, không hiển thị quảng cáo và không theo dõi bạn qua app hay website khác. Google xử lý dữ liệu này thay chúng tôi với vai trò nhà cung cấp dịch vụ.

Bạn có thể tắt thống kê trong app (Cài đặt). Ở Khu vực Kinh tế châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh và Thụy Sĩ, thống kê tắt cho tới khi bạn đồng ý.

Thông báo

Nhắc nhở bạn bật trong Cài đặt được lên lịch ngay trên thiết bị và không gửi gì cho chúng tôi. Nếu bạn bật “Tin mới và ưu đãi”, Firebase Cloud Messaging cấp cho thiết bị một mã đẩy (push token) và chúng tôi lưu mã đó để gửi các tin này. Thông báo không bao giờ chứa điểm hay kết quả. Bạn có thể tắt bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt hoặc cài đặt hệ thống; mã được xoá khi bạn xoá dữ liệu trong app.

Mua hàng

Premium được mua qua Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Cửa hàng xử lý thanh toán và chỉ báo cho chúng tôi giao dịch có hợp lệ hay không. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thẻ. Sự kiện mua (sản phẩm và giá, không có dữ liệu cá nhân) cũng được gửi vào thống kê.

Game Center và Google Play Games

Nếu bạn dùng bảng xếp hạng thử thách, chỉ điểm thử thách được gửi tới Apple Game Center hoặc Google Play Games, cùng tên người chơi mà tài khoản nền tảng của bạn hiển thị. Nền tảng hiển thị cho người chơi khác theo cài đặt của bạn. Câu trả lời và báo cáo không bao giờ được gửi. Để bảng xếp hạng ở trạng thái tắt nếu bạn không muốn gửi gì.

Nghiên cứu chuẩn tự nguyện (pilot)

Người thử nghiệm có mã pilot có thể tham gia nghiên cứu chuẩn. App hỏi nhóm tuổi và, không bắt buộc, giới tính, việc bạn có chơi game 3D không và ngôn ngữ mẹ đẻ. Dữ liệu được lưu trên thiết bị. Bạn xuất tệp CSV và tự gửi cho chúng tôi qua e-mail hoặc bảng chia sẻ. Tệp không có tên, e-mail hay mã thiết bị, chỉ có một mã pilot ngẫu nhiên.

Mục đích: xây chuẩn so sánh công bằng. Chúng tôi giữ tối đa 2 năm, chỉ dùng để làm chuẩn và không bao giờ bán. Người dưới 18 tuổi cần cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ đồng ý; bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá tệp bất cứ lúc nào, và cũng có thể xoá dữ liệu pilot trong app.

Ảnh do AI tạo

Các gương mặt trong game Face Read là ảnh do AI tạo, của những người không có thật. Không có dữ liệu nào về bạn được gửi để tạo chúng. Nếu một gương mặt giống bạn và bạn muốn gỡ, hãy viết cho chúng tôi.

Xoá dữ liệu của bạn

• Trong app: Cài đặt › Xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu của tôi sẽ xoá mọi kết quả, hồ sơ và cài đặt khỏi thiết bị, đồng thời đặt lại dữ liệu thống kê và xoá mã đẩy.
• Mọi thứ chúng tôi giữ (mã định danh thống kê, mã đẩy, tệp pilot): viết tới [email protected], chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 30 ngày. Gỡ app cũng xoá mọi thứ trên thiết bị.
• Giao dịch mua và mục bảng xếp hạng do Apple hoặc Google giữ; hãy quản lý trong tài khoản Apple hoặc Google của bạn.

Thời gian lưu giữ

Firebase giữ dữ liệu thống kê tối đa 14 tháng. Mã đẩy được giữ tới khi bạn tắt thông báo hoặc xoá dữ liệu. Tệp pilot được giữ tối đa 2 năm.

Độ tuổi

Brainlas dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên và không hướng tới trẻ em. Nếu bạn dưới 13 tuổi, xin đừng dùng. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ đã gửi thông tin cho chúng tôi, hãy viết cho chúng tôi để được xoá.

Quyền của bạn

Tuỳ nơi bạn sống (ví dụ EEA, Anh, California), bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu về bạn, phản đối hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý với thống kê, hoặc khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Viết tới [email protected].

Không phải y tế

Brainlas không phải thiết bị y tế và không chẩn đoán, điều trị hay phòng ngừa bệnh nào.

Nếu chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở trên và, với thay đổi quan trọng, thông báo trong app.
